Ioannis was born on the island of Chios in 1998. From a very young age, he showed an interest in discovering the world when he spent endless afternoons lying on maps bigger than him, as well as his love for geography. He was always interested in learning new information about the environment, about the sciences and arts that surrounded him. The object that interested him the most was cooking and in general his great desire to understand everything about food. That is why he has been studying in Lemnos at the Department of Food Science and Nutrition since 2016. In the future, he would like to deal with the primary food sector because he likes nature with its plants and animals.
